* When you workout, do so with an empty stomach. If you must eat, make it only a scoop of whey protein mixed with water. You can have this just before you begin your workout.

* Make your workouts varied between easy and hard workouts. Workout for as long as you can, but don’t work so hard that you injure yourself.

* Every day that you possibly can, you need to take very long walks. Hours of walking is your aim. Keep your more difficult workouts to one hour per day. These should be a combination of resistance and interval training with weights.

Keep in mind these recommendations are for quick short-term weight loss. You cannot stay on this type of plan for more than two weeks at a time.
